CSU Dominguez Hills, the largest distance learning program in
California, offers students an opportunity to earn ten academic degrees and seven
academic certificates without ever coming to campus. DHTV, which broadcasts 20 hours of live, interactive programming each week to more than a million homes via cable tv, can also be seen on the Internet.

The Young Scholar Program allows high school students to enroll in two college courses through distance learning each semester and earn college credit for only $3.50. Fall 2009 courses include HIS101 History of the United States, PHI120 Critical Reasoning, BIO190 Intro to Marine Life and ART100 Looking at Art.
